Pricing subject to change without notice.  While we make every attempt to keep pricing and product descriptions current, there are possibilities for errors and we will not be held responsible.  Contact us directly to verify any pricing or specification issues.

All Warranties are subject to the Manufacturers policies.  Any disputes that cannot be resolved may be litigated only in Dallas County, Texas.

As our customer, you agree to provide true, correct and complete credit or personal information during the purchase process. All charges incurred by you will be honored by your bank or credit card company. You agree to pay any applicable taxes and all charges incurred by you at the agreed price of your purchase.



We want to reward you for your loyalty! 


DAWg Dollars points are only redeemable at Audio DAWg and only at the rate we have set forth. We can not credit to your DAWg Dollars account on any financed purchases until we have been paid in full by your finance company.

Some manufacturers with whom we work will not allow us to include their products in this program, therefore we can not offer DAWg Dollars points on those purchases. Some used or specially priced products may also be excluded from the DAWg Dollars program.

We reserve the right to alter the usage terms of the DAWg Dollars Program at any time.



Audio DAWg does not typically ship products on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. However, many of our orders do ship same day or the very next day via FedEx, UPS or USPS. If you provided a valid email address, we are happy to provide a shipping confirmation notice to track your package by request! Direct Signature is required on all shipped packages.  All orders are shipped only to verified billing addresses.

Items on our website that qualify for free shipping pertain to the lower 48 contiguous states only. AK, HI, APO, FPO and US Protectorates (PR, VI and American Samoa) and international addresses will incur additional shipping charges. Please contact us for a shipping quote.  

If a product is out of stock or a special order, we will contact you with a delivery date. 

Additional shipping charges will apply for an actual recall for your package. If the package returns to us as undeliverable, additional shipping charges will apply to reship your order.

Some manufacturers prohibit sales outside of the USA. All international orders are subject to customs fees, taxes, duties, VAT, etc. These charges are NOT a part of our quoted shipping charges, and are collected by your local customs agencies. Please research these charges before placing an order. Refusal to pay these charges results in undeliverable and return-to-sender packages, and we do will not be able refund your shipping charges.

If your international order hasn’t arrived as expected, it may be held up at your local customs office. You should have been contacted by them to pay duties/import tax. You may need to pick up your package in person.



If for some reason you are not satisfied with your Audio DAWg purchase, you may return it based on the terms of our return policy.

1)     A refund of the purchase price or an exchange for store credit is provided if the product is undamaged and in it’s original unopened factory box within a 10 day period. 

2)     Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund if your order qualified for “Free Shipping”.

3)     All returns must be in re-sellable condition and MUST include all original packing materials, accessories and paperwork. Otherwise, a 20% minimum restocking fee will apply into the following categories:

  • Missing original packaging, manuals, accessories, or any contents that was included
  • Original box was written on, damaged, or retaped
  • Items not in original like new condition

In the unlikely event that your product was received damaged in transit, immediately contact the shipper to file a claim and contact Audio DAWg so that we can secure a replacement for you.  

Before returning any product, contact us for a Return Authorization Number.  Audio DAWg will not accept any package without an associated RA#.

Please notify us of any of any defective products within 5 business days. After 10 days, you may request manufacturer warranty assistance, if your item malfunctions.

During an online sale, we will need to collect personal information such as your name, address and email address. We also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address. This helps us to learn which web browsers and operating systems are successfully accessing our website.

We do not share your personal information for future marketing or advertising, however, occasionally your name and shipping info will be provided to a manufacturer if a product is being drop-shipped directly to you after purchase.

Audio DAWg email marketing is permission-based. Then, we may send you emails about our store, new product info and other updates. You may opt out at anytime, simply by unsubscribing.


When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, you are consenting to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, such as marketing or advertising, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
