Please note that microphones, headphones, software, digital downloads, special orders are non-refundable.

At Audio DAWg, we have served countless satisfied customers over the years, and we will be happy to help you with your specific needs – just ask! Superb customer service is our goal, and we want you to be thrilled about your purchase. We urge you to contact us with any questions that you may have before making your purchase. We don’t like Restock Fee’s any more than you do.

An item that is unopened is eligible for return and a full refund within 30 days of receipt, excluding shipping and handling fees. Special Orders are non-returnable. Customers are responsible for returning a product to us in as-new condition. For your safety, always ensure the product you are shipping back to us.

Any new, open products must be returned within 7 days from receipt of delivery, subject to a 15% Restock Fee. Product/s returned must be complete with original packaging and in as-new condition.  Any signs of product use may be subject to a higher Restock Fee or may not be eligible for a refund at all.  As with any return, the customer pays any shipping charges. With Free Shipping products, the value of the uncharged, original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

If a product arrives to you defective, please contact us immediately for a replacement. Also, before shipping back any defective merchandise, please note that we don’t accept any items without a valid RMA number.  So, you MUST contact us first and we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and a Shipping label to print.
